Prelude
Never thought that we'd start a blog. How does one blog, anyways? Apparently it is a method for us to answer and illustrate our most-asked inquiry:
"So... where are you NOW?"

This is another path yet traveled by us, one we hope to attempt with as much enthusiasm as the paths on which we use our actual machetes.

Please feel free to give some amateur bloggers any advice on describing how much fun can be had by going a different route!

Working within the food industry in the manner that we do keeps our spring and fall seasons marginally open for whimsy. The "shoulder" seasons, if you will.

You know that hypothetical tap on the shoulder reminding of the duties held within fifty weeks of the year? Shrug it off. A fresh new adventure (or earmarked favorite!) needs some love.
